SyncPark is the visionary creation of Andrew Hayes who gave up his partnership at one of the nation's most prominent law firms to pursue his entrepreneurial passion to create environmentally friendly solutions for the world's transportation problems.
 
Under Mr. Hayes guidance, SyncPark has forged a partnership with MagneMotion, Inc., the world's premiere designer and producer of Linear Synchronous Motor systems. Under this partnership, MagneMotion has granted SyncPark exclusive license to its' technology for use in automated parking systems and provides design and engineering expertise to design and develop the SyncPark ParkPerfect System™ in all development projects. See MagneMotion on our Partners page.
 
SyncPark works with customers worldwide, primarily commercial real estate and land developers and governmental agencies, to navigate the vagaries of high-end commercial development to install cutting edge parking facilities using the ParkPerfect System. SyncPark plans and implements projects and coordinates specific engineering and design between MagneMotion's engineers and the customer or planning/zoning board.
 
To accomplish these often complex and intricate tasks, Mr. Hayes has formed a stellar team around him. 

Andrew W. Hayes
President and CEO
 
Mr. Hayes began his law career as a clerk for the United States Court of Appeals and then joined the firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore where he worked with famed litigator David Boies for five years. In 1996 he enrolled in the graduate program at Harvard Law School, earning an LL.M before leaving to help start the law firm now known as Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, which he left in 2006 to develop new transportation-related technologies.  During his legal career Mr. Hayes developed particular expertise in corporate governance issues, including startups, as well as extensive involvement in real estate development, finance, and zoning matters.
 
Mr. Hayes received his BA from Columbia University, where he was a John Jay National Scholar, a Regents Scholar, and studied at Oxford University as a Columbia Honors Program Scholar.  He received his JD from Columbia Law School, where he was Notes & Comments Editor of the Columbia Law Review, a Lawrence A. Wein National Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Charles Evans Hughes Fellow.

Andrew F. Wallace
Director of Real Estate
 
Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Georgetown University and has over 15 years of experience developing, redeveloping and constructing retail, office, multi-family, medical, industrial, mixed-use and hotel properties. He manages teams of professionals including architects, designers, engineers, lawyers, brokers, contractors, sub-contractors and service providers.  
 
Mr. Wallace started his real estate career in Barcelona with London-based Value Retail, PLC. His position entailed developing ±250,000 sq. ft. highly-thematic luxury factory outlet shopping centers across Europe, developing a full-priced destination retail product focused on home wares and pursuing large scale development opportunities across all product ranges.  Subsequently, he returned to the United States and worked as Director of Development for Greenwich, CT-based Fareri Associates, LP where he developed myriad property types including retail, office, medical, industrial, mixed-use, residential and hotel across Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY and worked closely with the company's construction arm realizing various projects from ground-up developments to building-out tenant space, including significant medical installations. 
 
Mr. Wallace is responsible for executing SyncPark's development plan, including all real estate aspects of the company's business including directing professionals and contractors on the design and installation of the ParkPerfect System™. He works with municipalities and other government agencies regularly on planning for and implementing SyncPark solutions and associated real estate development and manages SyncPark's real estate assets and identifying new areas of business growth. 

Jim Wieler
Director of Engineering
 
Formerly the Vice President of Engineering at MagneMotion, Mr. Wieler brings more than 22 years of experience in program management, engineering, and engineering management.  At MagneMotion, Mr. Wieler had overall responsibility for all development efforts and managed a diverse team of electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians.  Prior to MagneMotion, he served as Advanced Development Director at Mapletree Networks.  His primary responsibilities included establishing an engineering development team, defining a repeatable engineering process, and managing product development efforts.  For 16 years, Mr. Wieler served at Raytheon Company in multiple roles, continually taking on more responsibility with each new position.  
 
He began his career as a research scientist at the Air Force Geophysical Laboratory at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.  He has authored over 30 technical papers, holds two U.S. Patents and is a senior member of the IEEE.  Mr. Wieler holds a B.S. in physics from the University of Massachusetts and a M.Sc. in meteorology from the University of Alberta.

Richard L. Guest
Chief Financial Officer
 
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Guest worked in advertising and professional baseball prior to receiving his MBA in Finance from Columbia University, where he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma national honor society.  Following Columbia, he joined The Prudential Insurance Company of America, where he worked in the Corporate Finance Group, PIC Capital Group (London) of which he was a co-founder, and Prudential Capital Corporation.  Upon leaving Prudential, he co-founded Space Machine Advisors, a satellite insurance brokerage and advisory firm, which achieved annual revenues of over $175 million, surpassing major global industry leaders at the time.
